While there are many different IDE's or languages within computer science, here are the most important/recommended ones:

• VSCode Massively versatile, all-in-one IDE
  • Tutorial to get VSCode setup for CS Classes
• VIM Powerful, ubiquitous text editor.
• C++ (CS Classes are based on primarily)
• Node.js (Basis of most modern JavaScript frameworks)

HacKSU is in large part supported by the Computer Science Department.
